An example was when Harlan Williams came in to read for us for the CBS pilot CHAOS. Harlan being a brilliant comedic actor improvised a line that many other actors just threw away. He improvised "Land Shark" and you lost it. The camera bounced and jumped with every belly laugh.
Another such example was when we were reading a for a guest role in the TNT series PERCEPTION. The word Succinylcholine was in the dialogue. I could not pronounce it and as the day went on my enunciation got worse. The comic actor Toby Huss was one of our final readers and he turned the word into a musical number. We were laughing so hard we had to take a long coffee break.
As difficult as the job can be, you always maintained a warm smile and kind word to all. I would not hesitate to hire you back.
