The Technical:
I shoot in 16:9 format and 480i, unless requested otherwise.
480i is big enough for any Computer or small TV.
1 minute of tape results in an approximately 35MB .mp4 file.
Switching from 16:9 to 3:4 is free.

Charges for the following extra services apply :
720dpi 75¢ per minute of tape.
1080dpi 1.50$ per minute of tape
File Storage; up to 50MB: free. 
5$ per week for an additional 50MB of storage space.
Printing: 10¢ per page.
